Newton

institutional approval from the Bureau for
Private Post secondary and Vocational
Education (BPPVE) pursuant to California
Education Code Section 94311. The Bureau’s
approval means that the institution and its
operation comply with standards established
under law for instruction by private post
secondary educational institutions.
